The PiHi ATL311 Task Force, led by board member Jasmine Maskell of Timeless Tattoo is entering it's 5th year.  The role of the ATL311 Task Force:

    • Submit infrastructure issues within the commercial corridors of greater Piedmont Heights: Monroe, Piedmont, Armour/Ottley,  and Cheshire Bridge to ATL311.
    • Track each case and ensure it is completed correctly. We check each case!
    • If not completed, we escalate with the City of Atlanta ATL311 department and track that progress.

    2025 HIGHLIGHTS:

    • ATL311 Task Force: The task force maintained a 50% resolution rate for the 28 issues reported in 2025.

    • Major Code Enforcement Win: Advocacy efforts led to a trial for blighted properties (Unhappy Herman’s/Diner and Cleaners), resulting in $14,000 in fines.
