VOLUNTEER FOR THE TASTE OF PIHI COMMITTEE

ROLES NEEDED: WE'RE GROWING AND NEED MORE ENGAGEMENT ALL YEAR LONG.  

• Volunteer Management: Managing the sign up genius platform, coordination of volunteers pre-event, during the event and post event. 

• Check in Manager: Building out the check in process and procedures, collating the member lists with purchased tickets, managing check in volunteers during the event. Set up and breakdown of Check in. 

• Raffle Committee: Work with the Raffle Manager to pick up prizes from local area businesses, help set up the raffle tables and assist with running the raffle during the event. Raffle Manager: PiHi Alliance Board Member: Bethra Suzmaski of Virtue and Vice

• Event Logistics:  Assist with logistics pre-event and manage the set up and breakdown volunteers during the event.  

• Materials Distribution:  Put up posters, hand out flyers and install yard signs. This job is active one month before the event. 

TIME COMMITMENT: 20 hours over 7 months

DONATE TO THE RAFFLE 

The Fourth Annual Taste of PiHi fundraiser on Sunday, September 27th from 3-6pm will also be a celebration of our 7 year anniversary. 

The Piedmont Heights Alliance and the Piedmont Heights Civic Association are CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES to help us fundraise to create a Community Improvement District, build community and promote YOU!!! 

Our host Indie Studios, will be the perfect setting for food & drink stations, local makers market, presentations,  and local business engagement. Current tenants of Indie Studios can welcome attendees into their offices for a tour, wine or giveaway. 

• Estimated attendance of 250+ local supporters and your next new customer!
• Last year we sold over $2500 worth of raffle tickets and gave away more than $4800 worth of prizes. 
• Our goal is to raise funds to create a Community Improvement District, build community and promote local businesses.
