Northeast Trail "Gravel Rail Trail" Permanent Lighting and Cameras:
This project runs from the Buford Highway Connector to 10th St NE and Monroe Dr NE. We will be putting up permanent lights and cameras along this popular trail, along with new gravel, and trimming landscaping. The trail will be fenced off during construction. The mainline trail will be the 'detour' for this trail which will be closed with fencing. The parks department and the community wanted to keep this trail permanently operational even though we have the Beltline running in parallel. (Permanent until and if transit comes through).
