• Hiring Part Time Community Administrator in March:  Assist with communications and social media will work closely with Community Development Consultant.

• Lance Orchid discussed “budget season”. The process starts in April and finalizes during the month of June. It’s time to make a big push for what we need!

10:25: Transportation & Infrastructure

• Cheshire Bridge:  Utility work continues. Signage and one lane striping has been requested to increase safety. Photos of poor signage, graffiti and dangerous lane shifting conditions supplied by Jan Epstein. The bridge is tentatively expected to be finished in April. 

• • It was also noted that there is no road striping on Cheshire Bridge rd at Gino’s or at the highway exit at Armour dr.

• • PiHi Alliance wrote a letter of support for the RAISE grant to complete the NE Trail.  Armour Yards also supported. 

  • $11M grant to fund Southside + Northeast Trail from ARC

  • Ansley Mall Bridge over Clear Creek is under construction

• Clara (clara@atlantapad.com) spoke about how 311 services can help to resolve specific behaviors such as loitering. She stressed the importance of informing our staff members and community on how and when to contact for support. She is willing to attend community events. She also talked about the fact that the police can also reach out for support as an alternative.
