The PiHi Alliance has been awarded a $60,000 commercial district grant from the Atlanta BeltLine to explore the feasibility of a Community Improvement District (CID) for the Monroe/Piedmont/Cheshire Bridge corridors.
Over the next 12 months, the PiHi Alliance will embark on a development process that will include:

Community engagement at the second annual Taste of PiHi.

Gauging interest and support from commercial property owners within the corridors.

Building a PiHi Alliance CID steering committee of commercial property owners to assist the process.

Creating the district operations, boundaries and purpose.
